It will often be cloudy and the sun will only shine occasionally. A few local rain showers are to be expected during the day, with widespread rain in the night to Sunday as the front passes through.

On Sunday morning, the weather will initially be changeable with local rain showers, especially on the main Alpine ridge and towards East Tyrol. As the day progresses, a freshening north foehn wind will bring very sunny conditions.
Monday will continue with plenty of sunshine. Tuesday will begin with patches of low stratus clouds in some areas, but the sun will shine at times during the day. The tendency to showers will increase slightly in the second half of the day. Wednesday is expected to bring lots of clouds and only a little sun, but mostly dry conditions. Thursday will be very sunny.
