As a passionate hiker, I enjoy nature with body and soul. The mountains are my second home; this is where I find strength, inspiration and inner peace. For me, every hike is a journey to myself, where I savour the beauty and peace of the landscape to the full. As a qualified yoga teacher, I like to integrate yoga sessions into my hikes.
